Product Sales Representative
We are seeking a dynamic Product Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be results oriented, responsible for identifying potential business and driving sales. This role requires a strong, aggressive hunter sales approach/mentality, implementing successful sales techniques, working independently, understanding our product/marketplace with the goal of identifying new customers, increasing product visibility, closing deals, and driving revenue.
- Meet targets as assigned by management.
- Cold call potential customers using the tools and prosect lists provided.
- Identify potential customers and close prospects at each stage of the sales cycle.
- Discover customer needs and schedule online product demonstrations.
- Manage accounts and document all sales activities in CRM system.
- Turn strongest leads into subscribers and close deals.
- Account management: develop and maintain ongoing relationships with customers.
- Identify upselling opportunities, sell more, and close additional business.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a technology or product-based environment.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals.
- Proven experience in account management and meeting sales targets.
- Proven experience in cold calling sales and turning prospects into paying customers.
- Comfortable in a fast-changing environment and with changing strategies.
- Construction industry and/or related industry experience desirable, but not necessary.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred.
- Strong desire to learn and grow.
