Product Sales Representative

We are seeking a dynamic Product Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be results oriented, responsible for identifying potential business and driving sales. This role requires a strong, aggressive hunter sales approach/mentality, implementing successful sales techniques, working independently, understanding our product/marketplace with the goal of identifying new customers, increasing product visibility, closing deals, and driving revenue.

  • Meet targets as assigned by management.
  • Cold call potential customers using the tools and prosect lists provided.
  • Identify potential customers and close prospects at each stage of the sales cycle.
  • Discover customer needs and schedule online product demonstrations.
  • Manage accounts and document all sales activities in CRM system.

Support Specialist

Full-Stack Backend Developer

We're looking for a Full-Stack Backend Developer to help us scale and enhance our platform. If you're experienced in Laravel, PHP, MySQL, and Python, and love building secure, scalable backend solutions, this is the perfect opportunity to make a real impact in a growing SaaS company.

  • Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Laravel (PHP), MySQL, and Python.
  • Build and optimize APIs for seamless integration with frontend applications and third-party services.
  • Implement secure, efficient, and scalable database architectures to handle large-scale financial transactions.
  • Work with the frontend team to ensure smooth, high-performance interactions between the backend and UI.

Document (6 months period internship)

We're looking for a Technical Writing Intern to help create user-friendly documentation, tutorials, and guides for our construction accounting software. This role is perfect for students or recent graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in SaaS documentation and content creation. If you have a knack for breaking down complex topics into clear, digestible content, we'd love to hear from you!

  • Create step-by-step user guides, FAQs, and knowledge base articles to help customers navigate the APARBooks platform.
  • Develop video scripts, tutorial content, and visual guides to improve user onboarding and experience.
  • Assist in updating and maintaining product documentation to reflect new features and improvements.
  • Collaborate with the development and support teams to understand technical features and translate them into simple instructions.
  • Conduct research on industry best practices to enhance documentation and user learning materials.
  • Proofread and edit existing documentation for clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Collect feedback from users and the support team to improve learning materials over time.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Technical Writing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong writing and communication skills with an ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Familiarity with SaaS products, accounting software, or construction industry tools is a plus but not required.
  • Experience using documentation tools such as Google Docs, Notion, Confluence, or Markdown is a bonus.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design or video editing for tutorials (Canva, Figma, or Camtasia) is a plus.
